SC Coaching ("we", "our", or "us") operates the SC Coaching platform and SC Player mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

• Account Information: Email address, name, and PIN (for authentication)
• Profile Information: Position, phone number, date of birth, blood type, emergency contact details
• Wellness Data: Sleep hours, mood ratings, energy levels, and muscle soreness scores that you voluntarily submit
• Attendance Data: Your responses to team events (attending, maybe, can't attend)
• Usage Data: How you interact with our services

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain our services
• Allow your coaching staff to manage team activities
• Track wellness and readiness for training and matches
• Send notifications about upcoming events
• Improve our services

3. Data Sharing

Your personal data is shared only with:

• Your Club's Coaching Staff: Administrators and coaches within your registered club can view your profile, wellness data, and attendance
• Service Providers: We use Supabase for secure data storage and Netlify for hosting

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data:

• All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
• Data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure
• Access is restricted to authorised personnel within your club
• PINs are hashed and never stored in plain text

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you leave your club or request deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. If a club registers players under 18, parental or guardian consent is obtained by the club administrator.
